About Tahlia

Seeing how exercise can be used like medicine to improve the quality of life for people with chronic medical conditions, injuries and disabilities, motivates me to help those that are most in need.

My focus areas include exercise for pregnancy, pre and post natal and exercise for the treatment of cancer. I am very eager to keep expanding on these interest areas as I continue to grow and learn as a clinician.

I understand how confronting entering a gym can be, my aim is to make you feel at home and to fall in love with movements and the benefits it can have on your body and quality of life.

When I am not working, I enjoy going to the gym, running, playing with my puppy, catching up with friends and travelling whenever I can.
