LOGGING IN

To log into Willows Digital you must have an active Willows Digital Membership.

FORGOTTEN USERNAME OR PASSWORD

To recover your username or password email info@willowshealth.com.au and ask to have your username and password resent to you.

 

DOWNLOADING THE WILLOWS DIGITAL APP

To download the Willows Digital App follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Download the Springday App - find it here: Google Play or Apple Store
STEP 2: Enter Code - WILLOWS
STEP 3: Login using your Willows Digital Membership Login details. (these details are emailed to you when you commenced your Willows Digital Membership. To become a Willows Digital members click HERE )

 

UPDATING YOUR APP

If you recently bought a new phone or transferred contents from one phone to another, you want to make sure that your app is using the latest version. To do so, visit your app store and download the latest version.

 

APPLE HEALTH SLEEP DATA SYNCING WITH THE SPRINGDAY APP

When you perform a sync from the springday app, springday only pulls Asleep data and not In Bed record from your Apple Health application.
