Vitality for life

Vitality is a low to moderate intensity level program incorperating resistance and cardiovascular exercises promoting improved flexibility, strength and general movement. Classes are also specifically designed to be safe for people with chronic conditions, including movement restriction, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and hypertension.
