MYZONE CHALLENGE

Get set, because we are about to take things to a whole new level in July with a whole centre MyZone Challenge. It will be unlike anything you have experienced before. While that’s all we can say for now, shhhhhhh it is top secret stuff, all will be revealed soon... You will need a MyZone Belt to participate in the active side of this challenge, so let us know at the front desk if you’re interested in ordering a belt asap so we can have you ready to go for July.

 

INTRODUCING LES MILLS SPRINT.

We are very excited to bring you this 30 minute cycle workout that will intensify your training, it’s all about rapid results built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This class is hitting the Cycle Studio 5 times a week, starting 25 June. Keep an eye on the group fitness timetable, places are limited to 20 each session. WORLD YOGA DAY - THURSDAY 21 JUNE

This June Willows is running our first ever 4 week Prenatal Yoga workshop for expectant mums within our community. Are you or do you know a beautiful Mumma To Be who would love this workshop?
