WILLOWS NIGHT IN 2018

Our pink Willows Night In is back with a fun 60 minutes dance exercise class. There will be chats and treats, all to raise awareness and funds for cancer research and support. It's not just for the ladies, gents you are invited too.

Keep Friday night, 26 October free from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Dress in pink, wear your sneakers and get ready for a whole lot of fun. It's $20 per person and this includes your entry and x2 raffle tickets, as this year, our goal is to raise over $800 - we can do it! We will have plenty of fun donation opportunities so you can give more throughout the event. Don't miss it! Register Here

NAME CHANGE - WELCOME TO WILLOWS SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Willows GO!45 is now called Willows Small Group Training! It is the same great training program that will keep you fit, focused and moving forward. Train with like-minded people in a supervised, supported environment. Our SGT coaches use different training styles so every session gets you better results from the time you spend in the gym. 

Willows Small Group Training membership includes unlimited Fitness Club access, an eight weekly catch up with a Willows fitness coach and that's just the beginning!

WILLOWS WELLBEING CHECK IN - How are you going?

Is movement beneficial for your mental health? "The mind and body are not separate. What affects one, affects the other." 

Exercise has many benefits, not only for our physical health but also our mental health. Regular exercise can have a positive impact on depression and anxiety. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better and boosts overall mood.

Get Your Walk On!

We have some new walking groups starting this October. All groups meet at Willows ready to walk on the many pathways in the area. Groups are lead by an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapists and Women's Health Coaches.

Willows Pop-Up Walking Group

First Saturday of each month - 8:00 am to 9:00 am. It is free and for everyone so bring your family and friends.

Cancer Rehab Walk Support Group | Run by Change Project - Toowoomba Regional Council

$3/session on Wednesdays - 9:00 am to 10:00 am starting 10 October to 12 December.

Strollercise Walking Group | Run by Change Project - Toowoomba Regional Council

$3/session on Wednesday - 10:00am to 11:00am starting 10 October to 12 December.

Willows Story - Your Why!

"Exercise never appealed to me. I never saw, felt or understood the benefits. I struggled with weight control, always dieting and trying some fad exercise regime, only to fail over and over. 

Chubby was my normal and for the most part, I could deal with it. The older I got the less fit I became, eventually I was obese. Everything started to ache and I realised things needed to change. A friend encouraged me to join Willows, so I did. At the start I could only manage walking in the pool, then my hubby bought me a waterproof MP3 player and I was off. Best gift ever - I started swimming laps while listening to motivating music. 

Fast forward 5 years, consistent exercise has changed my life. Now I can run with our daughter, go cycling as a family and I have a positive outlook. It was showing up that helped reinforce my new normal. I began to feel different and my body transformed. Now I’ll have a go at any type of exercise and embrace the challenge. 

On my journey with Willows I was totally accepted and supported. The staff greeted me with a smile, my name, and words of encouragement. I love being able to incorporate exercise into my everyday life. I feel great!

Small Group Training: This boost changes the game! It combines intensity and strength with endurance, for those who love a challenge, while using Myzone Heart Rate Technology to track your effort as you work out. In our purpose built training zone, sessions are 45 minutes and include - Circuit, Strength, Cardio and HIIT.

Boost your membership to Exercise For Women

Exercise for Women: This boost is exclusive to women, of any age and life stage, in our private studio. Exercises and movements have been designed by women for women in an environment of connection, care and community. Fun classes, created by our specialist women's health coaches include - Cardio, Strength, Circuit and Recovery.
