Workshop@Willows - Mindfulness in May

Throughout the month of May on Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm we will be running Mindfulness workshops. Stop and learn the power of how to relax, still the mind, and reduce stress.

Join yogi coaches Vanessa and Wendy who will lead and teach you how to:

  • give the thinking mind a break
  • build breathing techniques
  • experience guided meditations
  • learn mind body awareness 
  • develop greater mental clarity

Cost: Workshops are free for our Willows Yoga members and available to our Fitness Club members and the Public for $10 a session. Numbers are limited to 20 people per session so book and pay at the front reception early.
