WHAT IS BODYBALANCE
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.
BODYBALANCE is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND LES MILLS BODYBALANCE
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings your body into a state of harmony and balance.
WHAT IS STRETCH AND RECOVER
Stretch and recovery is a vital component of any training program to relieve muscle tension and promote muscle recovery and flexibility. These are vital ingredients for adding balance to your training. This class will cover both gentle stretches and deeper stretches, which at times are aided by the use of props.

Wednesday October 9th, 5.15pm in Studio 2
Wednesday October 16th, 8.30am in the Group Fitness Studio
Join us for Body Balance and Stretch and Recover to balance out your training routine, allowing for sessions to work hard and sessions that allow you to rest, recover and reset.
