Cycle classes cater for every fitness level and are designed to challenge your body using stationary bikes to get fit, burn calories, while building leg endurance and strength fast. You can train at your own fitness level and pace in a fun, energetic environment set to motivating music and team power.

SPIN is a 45-minute class where your instructor will advise you of the intensity but you are in charge of regulating your workout. Our motivating instructors will guide your technique while encouraging you to increased or reduced your cadence and the tension on the flywheel. Each session will see you dig deeper to elevate your fitness.
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits through bursts of intensity, working as hard as possible, with rest periods between. This type of workout is scientifically proven to return rapid results by driving your body to burn calories for hours after. You will smash your fitness goals, fast!
RPM™ is a cycling workout where you control the intensity and are motivated by the group. It’s fun, low impact, tones and fires up your metabolism. Your instructor takes you on a riding journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and to boost your cardio fitness. Build up your sense of personal achievement while drawing on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music.
