Educate and Celebrate - Grit@Willows

This month our feature class falls under the umbrella of HIIT@Willows. Here at WHLC we offer a variety of HIIT training options through our Group Fitness Classes of Boxing, Aqua and Les Mills Classes of SPRINT and GRIT, as well as through our Small Group Training (SGT) Membership, which includes HIIT classes across the week.  

This August our Feature Class from our HIIT@Willows options, is our Grit Class.

Willows Group Fitness Timetable


GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Grit takes cutting edge HIIT training and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
