This month our feature classes fall under the umbrella of Freestyle@Willows. Here at WHLC we offer a variety of Freestyle classes including SPIN, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Step, and Kickboxing. This month we are featuring our awesome Step and Kickboxing Classes.
Our Freestyle Step and Kickboxing classes accommodate different skill and fitness levels and allow the instructor to modify the class as needed, to cater for the participants in the room. These two classes offer a great range of physical benefits and will leave you feeling energised. All of this is conducted to motivating music and the support of your amazing instructors.

STEP is a classic, cardio workout that delivers great results. This class involves stepping up, around and down the step platform in different movement patterns to boost the heart rate and strengthen muscles. Your instructor will introduce you to each move and build movement sequences. Step is delivered at a pace that allows both the beginner and regular attender to 'step' their way to incredible health benefits.

Options such as the height of your step, the addition of arm movements and level of difficulty are also provided throughout the class, to allow you to work at an intensity level that suits you.
KICKBOXING class is a full body workout that gets you in shape fast and will have you kicking your way to a stronger, leaner body. This high energy, action packed workout is suitable for all fitness levels and involves blending kick boxing and martial arts movements with the music and energy of a group fitness class. It is a fun, fast paced workout that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
