Educate and Celebrate - Yoga Wellbeing@Willows
This month our feature class falls under the umbrella of Wellness@Willows. Here at WHLC we offer a variety of Wellness classes including Pilates, Barre, Body Balance, Stretch and Recover, and Yoga. The month of June is all about Yoga.
Willows members can participate in Yoga Classes through a variety of ways at Willows. The two options include:
- accessing our General Yoga Classes through our Group Fitness options (Fitness Club Membership); or
- accessing our Specialised Yoga Classes including Yogalates, Flow, Yin, Power and Mindful Yoga as part of our Willows Yoga Membership.

WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga means “union” which aptly describes the combination of movement, breath and meditation that is experienced through the Yoga practice. Yoga is a mind and body practice that helps to enhance health and happiness on and off the mat.
